What does quality mean to us?<\/h1>\n

In order to bring the original taste of our high-quality grapes unadulterated into the glass, we do not use any additives in the wine cellar, except – if necessary – a sparing addition of sulphur.<\/p>\n

During vinification, with minimal intervention, we respect the slow work cycles that are typical of artisanal, natural wines – “time is quality<\/strong>“: this is the only way to obtain pure<\/strong>, high-quality wine<\/strong>. The wines mature and age on fine lees. Bottling takes place at a late stage.<\/p>\n

For us, good taste has no value without sustainable and fair production. That would be against nature. When both are combined, sustainability (nature and human) and<\/strong> high quality, our attitude towards the fine wine changes. We perceive wine more consciously. Our appreciation increases.<\/p>\n

We couldn’t express it better than Pierre Frick, a winemaker in Alsace. He said:<\/p>\n
