Why organic?<\/h2>\n

To leave the place where we live and work, but also where we are temporarily, at least the same or better than we found it.<\/p>\n

That means responsibility, especially as a farmer. Do not destroy, but build and improve. With the help of biodynamics, everything is brought back to life. The soil becomes more alive as an organism. Why Piwis?<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”small” position=”left” up=”7″ down=”34″][vc_column_text]PIWIs (environmentally friendly grape varieties) are our “next generation” of traditional grape varieties. The “future of viticulture”, so to speak. Organic farming and the cultivation of Piwi grape varieties enable the most sustainable viticulture ever.
